Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide education to patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and recovery processes.
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in patient records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and valid registration as a Registered Nurse in your country, with eligibility for registration in Ireland.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Dedication to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team in a diverse workplace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
