Junior Engineer – Acoustic Assembly / Installation – Syracus Full Time

We are currently looking for a Junior Engineer – Acoustic Assembly / Installation to support a commercial mall project located in Syracuse, New York . POSITION OVERVIEW The Junior Engineer will support the assembly and inspection of acoustic systems and panels, ensuring installation is performed according to client drawings and project specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, quality control awareness, and availability to work flexible schedules including day and night shifts. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and support the assembly and installation of acoustic systems and panels according to approved drawings. Verify installation quality and compliance with technical specifications. Perform on-site quality control inspections. Prepare and submit daily progress and activity reports. Ensure compliance with safety and project standards during installation activities. Coordinate with installation crews and site management to ensure timely execution of works. WORKING CONDITIONS 40–50 working hours per week. Availability for day and night shifts. On-site presence required in Syracuse, NY. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field). Previous experience in installation or supervision of construction works (acoustic systems experience preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset. Availability for temporary project-based assignment. Good communication skills. WHAT WE OFFER Project-based position.
