Responsibilities include: Employee management (hiring, managing, development, discipline, etc.) Work closely with service supervisors, customers, and other dealers to answer questions and resolve warranty related issues Interpret job folders and submit claims to Caterpillar Prepare Send-It-Back parts returns Register new machine and engine warranty coverage Maintain machine and engine delivery records Position requirements: College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements 3 years of warranty related experience Previous supervisory and leadership experience Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Experience with DBS, SIS, SIMSI, SIB, ADZ142 programs Professional communication skills (verbal and written) Able to work in a fast-paced environment To be successful in this role, you must be able to work with a high level of organization and detail, as well as demonstrate the ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of Mustang's customers. Strongly preferred experience: Bilingual English/Spanish Knowledge of CAT equipment
