We are an upscale private dental office that has three fantastic dentists that treat their patients well and offers a multitude of services and are in need of a Dental Assistant. We are seeking detail-oriented, motivated, dental "stars" to complete our office team. Must be able to initiate conversations with patients regarding their dental needs and what we can do for them. Must be able to enter treatment plan into Dentrix software. Must be computer savvy and technology savvy. We are all digital. Must be able to take intra-oral pictures of patients' mouths and do a video tour of the mouth and educate patients on what we can offer them. Must have the following: 2+ year of experience in back office and training with Dentrix X-ray Certification Must have HIGH ENERGY and POSITIVE ATTITUDE Must have experience in a FAST PACE office Experience with implant surgery, endo and period This is a full time position -M-F with days varying Spanish speaking Cross trained w/front office capabilities WHAT WE OFFER : Range: $18 - $22 hr DOE, + monthly bonus Avail+ 401K + PTO Family-friendly office, three doctor, no drama, competitive pay, monthly bonus, 401k and staff lunches.
