During our 2.5 month shelter-in-place we made sure no employee was furloughed and that all team members received their full wages. * Holiday Bonus * 401K after 1 year of employment (2% matching) * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off Shifts we are looking to fill include: Wednesday through Sunday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Job Summary (Essential Functions): * Prepares all food from menu in accordance with club standards. * Stores and labels all foods products properly in accordance with Health Department Standards. * Keeps station and cooking equipment clean and sanitized. * Assists with other duties as instructed by kitchen management. * Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. This position requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, and minimal/no sitting time. Frequent work in very warm environments. Required Experience: * 1-year as a line cook * Understanding of various knife skills, cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures for maintaining said equipment. * Accuracy and speed executing assigned tasks; sense of urgency. * Current food handlers card or Serve Safe certification preferred. Pay Rate: This is an hourly position ranging from $22 - $24 per hour, but can vary based on experience.
