We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys as they handle a wide variety of personal injury cases. In this role, you will be expected to: Assist with filing legal documents Ensure legal files are up to date Request any updated records (medical, police reports, etc) Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents, evidence, and correspondence Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the case as needed Assist in depositions, hearings, and trials Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case strategies The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years of experience working in a personal injury law firm as a legal assistant Strong communication skills The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills A strong commitment to client service and achieving positive outcomes for clients Experience with case management software, such as Needles, is a plus MUST speak English and Spanish In return, we offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a collaborative work environment where your talents and expertise will be recognized and rewarded.
