We are seeking a licensed, Spanish-speaking Therapist (LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW) to provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. This role is ideal for a skilled mental health professional passionate about serving the Spanish-speaking population and committed to delivering high-quality care.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to clients’ needs.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists, to coordinate care.
* Deliver culturally sensitive services to the Spanish-speaking community, considering linguistic and cultural nuances.
* Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
*Requirements:*
* Licensure: Current licensure as LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW in NY.
* Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
* Experience: 1+ year of post-graduate experience providing therapy preferred, but new graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply.
* Strong understanding of culturally responsive care for Spanish-speaking clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
_Please note- The annual base salary range is $70k to $80k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer._
