We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our client’s Urology team. This role is ideal for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) healthcare provider who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care. They are open to training new graduates who are eager to learn and grow within the urology specialty!
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and medical histories for patients with urological conditions.
* Diagnose and manage common urological disorders under the supervision of a physician.
* Educate patients on treatment options, medication regimens, and preventative care.
* Assist in minor office procedures and pre/post-operative care.
* Perform routine diagnostic tests such as urinalysis and bladder scans.
* Interpret lab results and imaging to guide treatment plans.
* Work closely with urologists, nurses, and medical assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
* Participate in team meetings to discuss complex cases and optimize outcomes.
* Serve as a key resource for Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring their understanding and comfort.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
* Ensure compliance with all documentation and regulatory standards.
*Requirements:*
* Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
* Active NP or PA license in NJ.
* Open to new graduates; prior experience in urology or a related field is a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with patients.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage a diverse patient population.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.

Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
