Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Location: Glendale, CA area
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr
Duration: Temporary, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Handle general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

We are currently seeking an HR Generalist for a leading manufacturing company that is located in Harbor City, CA.
100% Onsite
Salary: $70k-$85k
Must be Bilingual Spanish and have ADP experience.
Duties:
- Hanlding recruitment, onboarding, pre-screenings, employee relations and performance management.
- Managing payroll, benefit administration, garnishments, pay changes and must be an expert with ADP.
- assist in developing and implementing HR policies, and compliances.
- Conduct trainings such as harassment preventions, performance compliances.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Monitor employee morale and company culture.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
- Bachelors degree in Busines Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in state/labor laws, compliances and HR policies.
- Experience with HRIS and ADP
