We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Liability Adjuster to join our client's dynamic claims team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving auto liability claims in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of auto insurance policies and regulations.
Location: Remote (Only candidates residing in MA, NH, VT, or FL will be considered at this time)
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + a comprehensive benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate auto liability claims by gathering and analyzing information from various sources including accident reports, police reports, witness statements, and claimant interviews
- Evaluate the extent of liability and damages based on collected evidence and applicable laws and policies
- Determine the appropriate settlement amounts and negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claim investigations, evaluations, and settlements
- Communicate effectively with claimants, policyholders, and internal departments to provide updates and address any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with legal counsel and other professionals when necessary to support the resolution of complex claims
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards throughout the claims process
- Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices related to auto liability insurance
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an auto liability adjuster or in a similar role within the insurance industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and determine liability and damages accurately
- Effective negotiation skills with a proven track record of reaching fair settlements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously

Salary: $70k-$85k
Must be Bilingual Spanish and have ADP experience.
Duties:
- Hanlding recruitment, onboarding, pre-screenings, employee relations and performance management.
- Managing payroll, benefit administration, garnishments, pay changes and must be an expert with ADP.
- assist in developing and implementing HR policies, and compliances.
- Conduct trainings such as harassment preventions, performance compliances.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Monitor employee morale and company culture.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
- Bachelors degree in Busines Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in state/labor laws, compliances and HR policies.
- Experience with HRIS and ADP
