Call Center - 2+ week project starting June 10th.
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $22.00/hr.

Job Duties/Description:
Answer high volume of incoming calls from individuals involved in various settlements.
Investigate and answer claimant questions as received while observing excellent customer service skills.
Data entry duties to transcribe phone calls.
Assist with troubleshooting data irregularities.
Do callbacks to individuals who left voicemails.
Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and effectively resolve calls.
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
Help with Invoicing as needed.
Requirements:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent
Candidate that shows confidence to quickly learn the job and grasp details.
Must have excellent attendance and be reliable.
Minimum 1 year of call center experience or office experience (Spanish Bilingual is a plus)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a polite and pleasant demeanor.
