What you’ll be doing: We are seeking a talented motion designer to join our marketing and branding team. As an integral member of our creative team, you will play a key role in developing visually compelling motion content for marketing and in-product experiences, helping maintain the consistency and integrity of our brand across various platforms. Design engaging motion graphics, animations, and interactive content for digital, marketing, and in-app platforms. Create motion elements that elevate user experience and bring brand storytelling to life. Collaborate with creatives, designers, and developers to concept and storyboard motion projects. Turn marketing and product goals into compelling visual narratives. Produce high-quality animations using tools like After Effects, Figma, and Lottie. Integrate motion seamlessly into UI/UX with product and design teams. Deliver optimized, well-structured animation files for smooth performance and iteration. Stay current with motion design trends, tools, and AI-driven workflows. Apply strategic thinking to ensure motion design supports broader business and user goals. What you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interaction Design, or a related field. 2+ years of experience working as a motion designer in a marketing, branding, or digital product environment, with a strong appreciation for diverse motion design applications such as brand storytelling, UI/UX motion design, and character animation for digital platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere) and Figma. Experience with interactive motion tools such as Lottie, Rive, and advanced prototyping tools is a strong plus. Knowledge of emerging AI tools and automation techniques in motion design is highly appreciated. Strong understanding of motion principles, UX/UI interactions, storytelling, typography, and color theory. A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling and interactive experiences. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for innovation, digital storytelling, and creating engaging animations. Experience working in the education or technology sector is a plus. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects across different styles and applications. UX/UI motion, branding animations, storytelling, and interactive work are all highly valued.
