Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate records of company documents. Providing administrative support to all Departments. Greeting visitors and guests warmly upon arrival. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Responding to customer inquiries in person, via phone, or email. Managing appointments or reservations when necessary. Providing basic information about services, products, or the company. Preparing tender.
