• Provides Endocrinology in-patient care, outpatient care, and in-patient consultation services
• Supervises and teaches students and residents in both in-patient and outpatient care 
• Engages in advancement of scientific knowledge through research and/or scholarship

• Board certification in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine
• Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine
• Experience teaching medical students and residents
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Regional or emerging national reputation for the rank of associate professor or higher

Pay Statement

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Texas
• Successful completion of ACGME-accredited residency training in internal medicine
• Successful completion of ACGME-accredited fellowship training in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism in the United States
