The Associate HR Generalist provides strategic and operational support to employees and leaders, with a strong emphasis on employee relations. In this role, you will communicate and consult on key areas of Human Resourcesincluding payroll, compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and performance managementin alignment with HR strategies, policies, and processes. You will partner closely with leadership to ensure adherence to the DPO Handbook and support a positive, productive work environment. This role is responsible for driving employee relations initiatives and providing front-line HR support, with a particular focus on employee relations, investigations, disciplinary action, and job assignments.
