Job Description

Be part of our client’s team as an Executive Assistant and play a pivotal role in both business and personal executive support. You’ll manage calendars and inboxes, organize travel, draft communications, and assist in high-level coordination that helps the business run smoothly—just like their world-class kitchens.

Job Overview

Contract Type: Indefinite term
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time
Work Setup: Hybrid, Colombia (Bogotá or Medellín)

How You’ll Support the Team: Responsibilities

• Manage inbox and calendar
  
• Join and summarize meetings
  
• Coordinate travel and appointments
  
• Draft and organize communications
  
• Support both business and personal errands
  
• Create documents and presentations
  
• Conduct morning and evening check-ins
  
• Organize and manage inbox and calendar under supervision
  
• Book travel with approval
  
• Align daily through check-ins

Requirements

What You Need Succeed: Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not strictly required)
  
• 3 to 5 years of experience in executive support or high-level administrative roles
  
• Fluent in written and spoken English
  
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  
• High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
  
• Proven ability to handle personal and professional tasks with confidentiality and care
  

Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  
• Familiarity with AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Fireflies, or similar (highly desired)
  
• Proficiency in virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
  
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and software
