Position Summary
Faculty at Blue Mountain Community College (BMCC) are responsible for creating a culturally diverse learning environment that employs best practices in teaching and learning through various delivery modes to meet current and future educational needs of the communities served by the College. Faculty bring to their classrooms and committees’ expertise and experience that provides a competency-based interdisciplinary curriculum, utilizes alternative pedagogies and learning technologies, promotes collaborative work skills, contributes to student success, supports the College and community, and contributes to the success of the College in achieving its mission. Performs all functions and activities within the guidelines and philosophy set forth in the BMCC Mission, Vision, and Strategic Plan.
In addition to development and delivery of industrial, mechanical, cyber systems, and datacenter operation courses, This position may also provide instruction in physical science, engineering, and applied engineering disciplines. This position is responsible for working with industry partners to develop and deliver instruction of credit and non-credit courses, identifying and implementing workforce training.

This is a full time, tenured track position with excellent benefits including: Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and long-term disability insurance; Employer paid contribution to retirement; Sick leave accrual; Five paid holidays; Three personal days; and Tuition waiver for employee and qualified dependents.
Salary: Per Faculty contract salary scale
