What You Will Do:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Manage patient records, referrals, and authorizations.
• Schedule appointments and assist with walk-ins.
• Handle copay collections and balance daily deposits.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment.

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in a medical or radiology office setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and insurance plans (PPOs, HMOs).
• Proficient computer skills (experience with Metiformatix is a plus).
• Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and empathy for patients and physicians.
• Fluent Spanish language skills (required).
