Job Overview
The Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support DePuy Synthes business growth across the region. This role manages endtoend recruitment activities, partners closely with hiring managers, and delivers a consistent, highquality candidate experience. The position offers exposure to diverse roles and stakeholders within a global MedTech organization and the opportunity to directlyimpactworkforce capability and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Managefullcycle recruitingactivities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
Source and engage candidates using multiple channels such as job boards, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms.
Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professionalcandidate experiencethroughout the hiring process.
Maintainaccuraterecruiting data and documentation in applicant tracking systems.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement and transparency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and dataprivacy requirements.
Where required to be managed locally:
Document handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures.
Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.
Compliance/admin: Upload/submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degreerequiredinHuman Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, ora relatedfield.
Masters degree preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Typically24 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Experience managingendtoend recruitment processesacross multiple roles.
Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidateengagement skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
Proficiencywith applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting in aregulated industrysuch as MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare.
Experience supporting regional or multinational recruitment activities.
Exposure to diversity, equity, andinclusionrecruiting practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with sourcing strategies, employer branding, and talent market mapping.
