WRHS seeks a World Language Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will possess a strong subject background. French, Spanish or another World Language teaching experience, and a solid understanding of high school World Language curriculum. The candidate should bring enthusiasm and passion to the classroom setting, understanding that the curriculum is focused on the development of proficiency and confidence in reading, writing, listening, and speaking the language.
Qualifications:
+Bachelors Degree or higher (Masters Degree preferred)
+Current NH Teaching Certification
+Previous teaching experience preferred
+Possess strong oral and written communication skills
+Display effective multi-tasking and time management skills
+Able to utilize all required and recommended WRSD instructional technology tools and applications
Job Responsibilities:
+Implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences in accordance with established curriculum
+Provide a positive and safe environment in which students are encouraged to be respectful and actively engaged in the learning process
+Establish reasonable classroom rules and procedures which help to maintain order in the classroom in a fair and just manner
+Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with students, parents and school staff
+Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, parents and colleagues and model professional behavior including maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with students
